For borrowers
I facilitate the signing appointment and notarize your signatures. I cannot explain loan terms, give legal or financial advice, or tell you whether to sign. Direct those questions to your lender, escrow officer or attorney.
Each signer needs a photo ID that is current or was issued within the last five years.
Fees
Notarial acts follow California's legal maximum fees. Signing agent and travel fees are separate and agreed in advance. Call or text for a quote.
